Rungamattee.com offers Express Shipping TO ALL OVER INDIA (excluding some remote zip codes). All our shipments are trackable online. We deliver between 2-5 days from date of shipping and require 5 business days to process the shipment.

What does the Days to Dispatch mean? (How soon will my order be shipped?)

The Days of Dispatch is the number of days we take to ready your package and hand over to the courier company. This will typically vary based on what product you purchased.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Our courier partners typically deliver orders to Metro cities in India within Next Day to 3 Days. For non-metros, our courier partners typically take 2 days – 7 days to deliver the product from the date of dispatch. The date of dispatch is dependent on the product that you purchase and this date is stated on the product page. Is my shipment safe?

All our shipments are packaged with great care in durable, tamper-evident packaging (similar to the packaging of ecommerce leaders in India like Flipkart).

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can track your shipment online. All our shipments within India are sent by reputed couriers. As soon as the product is dispatched from our office, you shall receive an email with the Tracking ID and instructions to guide you.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

No, there are no hidden costs. The amount mentioned at the time of placing the order and on your order receipt is what the product costs you. Any applicable octroi, etc. is paid by the company.

Cancel & Return Policy

We pride ourselves for bringing to you the freshest tea there is. And tea, just like any other vegetable or fruit, is perishable. We consider returned goods, compromised in freshness. So Rungamattee doesn’t do returns. Instead, please write to us at info@rungamattee.com or send us a chat message from our website; we promise to do whatever we can to remedy the issue. When the day ends, your satisfaction is what matters to us. What’s our general cancellation policy? Orders on rungamattee.com must be cancelled before the tea has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. To cancel your order, please send us an email to info@rungamattee.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly. However, once the tea has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order.
